The author
Pierfrancesco Celada focuses his attention on long-term photographic projects, documenting life in contemporary cities. The photographer has particularly explored how visitors interact with urban spaces and cultural heritage sites, with a vision that intertwines the human and architectural dimensions.
His work has received numerous accolades, including, in 2024, the Italian Council from the General Directorate for Contemporary Creativity of the Ministry of Culture, awarded in collaboration with the Singapore International Photography Festival for the project The Happy Valley. His works have been exhibited in prestigious national and international institutions and festivals. His work has been published, among others, by Newsweek, The New York Times, Time, Vogue, and Bloomberg Magazine.
